Spiritual Direction, sometimes called Spiritual Accompaniment , is offered within the context of the Christian faith, to encourage a deepening faith. The 'Direction' is not in telling you what to do or what your faith should be but, through giving you time and listening to your story, you are helped to find your own direction: Being accompanied in this way gives you the opportunity to look at your spiritual ups and downs without pressure to conform to a particular doctrine or religious practice.

Frequency of appointments varies from person to person but, as a general rule, is usually between 4 -8 weeks. Cost also varies, according to circumstance and can be negotiated with Kay.
