How might counselling help me?

Having an opportunity to talk openly and frankly about difficulties is helpful. This may be the first time that you have been able to ‘say it like it is’ without being judged negatively or told what to do. Counselling offers a listening ear and will encourage personal insights, build your confidence and help you achieve a positive sense of self.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies according to need. There is no set number of sessions.

How much will it cost me?

£30 per session: A reduced rate is possible in some circumstances on agreement with Kay. A session lasts 1 hour.
